1. General Information

Harper House Brandon, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a boutique event space located in Brandon, Florida. The use of this website and our services is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

2. Use of Website

By accessing our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, the server on which the website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our website.

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of our website without express written permission from us.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

To reserve the Harper House venue, a signed rental agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date. A refundable security deposit is also required at the time of booking and will be returned within 7 days following the event, provided no damage is incurred.

All payments must be made via the accepted methods outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of both the deposit and the full rental amount.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the event and are subject to availability and a rescheduling fee, as outlined in our rental agreement.

5. Use of Premises

Renters are required to adhere to all rules and regulations outlined in the rental agreement, including, but not limited to, occupancy limits, alcohol policies, and restrictions on decorations.

Any damages to the property, fixtures, or equipment will be the responsibility of the renter and will be deducted from the security deposit. Additional charges may apply if damages exceed the security deposit amount.

6. Liability and Indemnity

Harper House Brandon, LLC is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during events held at our venue. Renters are responsible for securing appropriate event insurance.

By using our services, renters agree to indemnify and hold Harper House Brandon, LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of the venue.

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us through our website or booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available to review on our website here.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Harper House Brandon, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website or our services will signify your acceptance of any modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
